Set in acres of breathtaking woodland and pasture just a short distance from Clifton in Bristol, Old Warren Farm is the ideal location to try your hand at cross-country riding. Our 3-mile long cross-country course is built with different levels of abilities in mind. Whether you are a novice or a more advanced rider, there is something for everyone at Old Warren Farm.

A simple ride around the farm, away from the traffic, is enjoyable in itself. Add to it the challenge of jumps along the way and you have an exciting and rewarding experience for both horse and rider.

For those who like to jump there are some great opportunities – try our log, house or hay cart for example. Or, if you just fancy something more gentle, you can hack around the whole course without jumping a thing! The course is designed to be a fun experience, perfect to build your confidence with your horse or pony.

Our newly built Cross Country Course was launched in October 2005 with a fun ride that was hugely successful. Everyone who participated had rosy cheeks big grins and that was just the horses! With over 120 riders attending the day it ensured we were off to a flying start. We've got number of fun rides planned throughout this year too so saddle up your furry friend and join the fun.
